Because of the manufacturing methods used, reasonable variations may occur in colour, surface texture, layer lines, dimensions and finish. Product images are illustrative and actual products may differ slightly due to lighting, display settings and materials.

We aim to describe products accurately. Significant defects, material differences from the agreed specification and misdescribed products will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

5. Personalised and Made-to-Order Products

Certain products are made or customised using names, photographs, text, logos, dimensions, drawings or other information supplied by the customer.

• Customers are responsible for checking names, spellings, numbers, dimensions and instructions before submitting them.
• We may request clarification or design approval before production.
• Production may begin after the required information and payment have been received.
• Changes requested after production starts may affect the price or delivery schedule.

Personalisation restrictions do not remove remedies that may be available under law where an item is defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.

6. Make a Wish Requests

Our “Make a Wish” feature allows customers to submit ideas for customised or new products. Submitting a request is an enquiry, not a confirmed purchase or a guarantee that the requested item can be manufactured.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates depend on manufacturing, customisation, courier operations, destination and other circumstances. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery dates are estimates.

• Contact us promptly if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged.
• Retain packaging and photographs where needed to support a damage claim.

Do not submit highly sensitive or confidential files unless suitable confidentiality and secure-transfer arrangements have been agreed.

13. Intellectual Property

The Wish Factoree name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics, descriptions and original designs are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder, subject to third-party rights.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

Ownership of commissioned designs, CAD files, original artwork and other intellectual property will depend on the applicable quotation or separate written agreement. Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of all underlying intellectual property.

We may decline requests involving counterfeit products, unauthorised replicas or designs that appear to infringe third-party rights.

14. Product Use and Safety

Unless expressly specified, our products should not be assumed to be certified medical devices, protective equipment, children’s safety products or safety-critical industrial parts.
